SKETCH, London

AFTERNOON TEA - £45
INCLUDES AN ASSORTMENT OF FINGER SANDWICHES, SCONES, A SELECTION OF CAKES, A CHOICE OF SPECIALITY CAKES, TEA. (VEGGIE/VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE)

SKETCH is infamous for their egg cubicled toilets and their quirky pink aesthetic that runs throughout the restaurant. I've been itching to come here for ages, and finally! I was really pleased with the experience, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was so delicious!

In comparison to my other afternoon experiences, this definitely ranks as the top second. I loved their eclectic aesthetic, with cute little pink chairs, funny framed prints and weirdly enough, their egg cubicled toilets even added to its aesthetic. It all just oozes cuteness.

The afternoon tea menu comes with a selection of sandwiches, cakes, a pudding, a speciality cake and a pot of tea, which was all of course, refillable. The sandwiches were so delicious, fresh, not stale and just utter yumminess, especially their miniature mozzarella and pesto panini! The cakes were lovely too, especially their specialty cakes. However, Thomas's Cafe still stands as having the best scones with clotted cream and jam ever.

It was an all round good experience, the aesthetic is adorable and quirky, and that alone is worthy a visit. 4/5
